Mission, Vision and ObjectivesÂ
Mission
To maintain unification of Collo people and promote diversity, inclusion and equity and combat racism and human trafficking through public mobilization awareness and partnership engagement with other communities, government.
Vision
A unified Collo community and prosperous and equitable Canada free racial prejudice, hate and racism.

Objectives
FFPD objectives are to:

To unified Collo people in every province in Canada, other countries and back home to work together.

To create caring and moral community by bridging seniors (elders) adults, youth, and children to learn, and value each other and increase self-esteem and make neglect of an elder unacceptable norms.

To promote diversity, inclusion, and equity by combating discriminatory practices and behaviors through the following activities.

To harness the talents and resources available amongst its members.

To promote self-help, self-esteem, creativity, leadership, entrepreneurship, and education and initiatives for the youths.

To provide humanitarian assistance to needy population inside Canada and South Sudan.

To preserve and promote Collo heritage and culture through art, and music.

To organize and deliver social, cultural, festival, educational, recreational, advocacy, economic activities through workshops and presentation to bridge cultural differences.

To assist and support its members during times of hardships such as illness, bereavements, domestic violence, and other social matters.

To create and promote activities that are aimed to educate their Children about the cultural identity, and traditional values of the Collo people.

To assist the newcomers with settlement, integration, and referral services.

To eradicate gender stereotype and accepting female in the decision-making process and providing them with equal opportunities for economic growth and social development in our society.
